Saturday, August 8, 2026 Remember Our Loved Ones
Good Morning Prayer Warriors:
Thank you for praying with me. Last week I attended a funeral for a gentleman who had served his community for decades. He was obviously well thought of and respected by those who knew him. People came from all over the state (maybe country).
Here is a song written about him and he brought people together One last Saturday.

God wants us to the kind of person that brings people together.
Let's pray:
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for the gift of faithful friends - people who've walked with us through the seasons of life, sharing our laughter and carrying our burdens.
Thank You for the life we're remembering today, (customize for those you remember) and for the kindness and love that brought so many of us together. It reminds us that what matters most isn't what we own or achieve, but the hearts we touch along the way.
Lord, teach us to love deeply, forgive quickly, and give freely, the way our friend did. Help us invest in people, not things.
Comfort every grieving heart today. Thank You that love doesn't end when this life does - the memories stay with us, and because of Christ, we know death isn't the final word.
