Thursday, May 21, 2026 Proverbs 29 Prayer for Leadership
A man who loves wisdom brings joy to his father,
but a companion of prostitutes squanders his wealth. - Proverbs 29:3 NIV
In a world full of noise and frustration, Proverbs 29 encourages us to slow down, seek wisdom, and allow God to shape our hearts. When we place our trust in Him instead of people or pride, we discover lasting security and hope. Read the proverb and look for these themes of attitudes that can lead people from God: pride, anger, and stubbornness.
Godly leadership, self-control, and wise words matter more. Our churches, communities, and homes need more of us to listen to correction, walk in humility, and trust the Lord to find stability and peace in Him.
Lord, help me to walk in humility and wisdom today. Teach me to listen, to speak with grace, and to trust You above my fears or pride. Shape my heart so my life reflects Your peace and goodness.
Continue your personal prayer.... build that relationship with God, our Father.
Thank You for Jesus. Through Him, I pray; Amen.
Lord, Lead me to one soul today.
