Prayer Starter -.Saturday, September 6, 2025 - "Trust God"



Good Morning, Prayer Warriors!

Staying in Habakkuk 3 this weekend, check out this powerful line from the prophet, "You marched across the earth with fury; You threshed the nations in wrath" (vs 12).  The picture being portrayed to us is, "God is sovereign over the entire world." Trust His plan - even when we can't understand it.  This faith allows us to rest in His wisdom and in His timing.

God is in control. Trust Him.

Heavenly Father,


Praise be to Your holy name. You are the Sovereign Lord, ruler over all the earth. Teach me to trust You—to rest in Your Spirit, Your wisdom, and Your perfect timing. Open my eyes when I need to see, and give me faith when I cannot understand.

Father, lead me to spiritual victories. Strengthen me with faith to walk closely with You, knowing that sometimes we walk side by side, and at other times, You carry me in Your arms. Forgive me, Lord, for the times I have doubted or lacked confidence in You.

I lift before You those who are on my heart—my family, my friends, and all in need. Grant me opportunities to serve them faithfully, and bless them with peace that surpasses all understanding.

Finally, Lord, prepare my heart for worship tomorrow. May my spirit be ready to praise You fully and joyfully.

In the name of Jesus, I pray,
Amen.

Merry Christmas.  Good morning, friend: “Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and they shall call his name Immanuel” (which means, God with us ). — Matthew 1:23 From the very beginning, God’s desire has been to dwell with His people. The promise of Emmanuel - God with us  — is the fulfillment of that longing. In Jesus Christ, God did not remain distant or unreachable. He stepped into our world, our struggles, and our suffering.
