Prayer Starter - Wednesday, February 4, 2026 God is our Refuge
In a world that often feels shaky and uncertain, Psalm 11 reminds us where true security is found: “In the Lord I take refuge.” While the foundations of world seem to tremble, God remains steady, righteous, and fully aware of all that happens on the earth. He sees both the just and the unjust, and His throne is never threatened.
Psalm 12 gives voice to the sorrow we feel when honesty fades and empty promises replace truth. Yet it also lifts our eyes to the faithfulness of God’s Word. His word is pure, tested, and trustworthy in every generation.
Together, these psalms invite us to anchor our hearts not in shifting voices or fragile systems, but in the unchanging character and promises of the Lord, who is our refuge in every season.

Faithful God,
In a world that feels unsteady and full of empty words, we turn to You as our refuge and our truth. You see what is hidden, You hear the cries of the humble, and Your promises never fail. Guard our hearts from fear and our lips from deceit.
Help us walk in integrity, trust in Your righteousness, and rest in the safety of Your faithful care today.
Holy God, Thank You for all You do for me. You are a great and wonderful God. Praise You for Your Faithfulness!
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Lord, Lead me to one soul today.
