Friday, June 19, 2026 Prayer for Friends


Friday is for friends.

Do you have friends that don't know Jesus?

Do you have friends that are ill?  Or have relationship issues?

Just want to thank God for friends, then lets pray.

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for the gift of friends. Thank You for the people You have placed in our lives to encourage us, support us, and walk beside us through both joyful and difficult seasons.

Today, we especially lift up our friends who do not yet know Jesus. Open their hearts to Your love and truth. Help us to be faithful examples of Your grace and give us opportunities to share the hope we have in Christ.

We also pray for friends who are facing illness, pain, or uncertainty. Bring healing, strength, and comfort according to Your will. For those struggling in their marriages, families, or relationships, grant wisdom, forgiveness, peace, and restoration.

Lord, bless our friends today. Draw them closer to You and remind them that they are deeply loved. Thank You for the privilege of carrying them to You in prayer.

In Jesus' name, Amen.


Don't forget, pray specifically for your friends by name.

Lord, Lead me to one soul today.

Merry Christmas.  Good morning, friend: “Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and they shall call his name Immanuel” (which means, God with us ). — Matthew 1:23 From the very beginning, God’s desire has been to dwell with His people. The promise of Emmanuel - God with us  — is the fulfillment of that longing. In Jesus Christ, God did not remain distant or unreachable. He stepped into our world, our struggles, and our suffering.
